Our company takes your privacy seriously. When you place an order, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, telephone number and email address. We consider this information to be private, and we keep this information on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, administering our web site, and notifying you of any shipping or delivery issues.
We do not share your private information with anyone. We do not share, rent or sell our customer list.
Security
Your order information is transmitted over an SSL 128 bit encrypted connection to a secure server. This can be verified by checking your address bar for the https:// prefix, and also the presence of the SSL lock icon on the lower right corner of your browser frame.
We limit access to personal information about you to our employees who need to access that information to process order shipments to you or in order to do their jobs.
We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you.
Our security processes will not allow identity theft or fradulent use of credit card information. We DO NOT use wireless networks.

Shipping
Bristol Finish Traditional Amber Urethane is a flammable material, and ground or surface shipment is required. Shipments within the continental 48 states are made via UPS. Shipments are fully insured.
UPS delivery time in the U.S. from our Florida plant averages 1 to 3 days in the Southeast, 3 to 4 days mid-Atlantic, 4 to 5 days New England, and 5 to 6 days to the west coast. Standard UPS Ground service rates apply. All shipments are F.O.B. our factory. There are no hazardous material charges. Shipments require a physical address for UPS delivery.
International shipments of flammable materials in small quantities are prohibited. Please contact your local marine supplier and ask them to place a wholesale order. Ocean transport of flammable materials is only possible via freight companies or freight forwarding agents.
Canadian customers must contact our Candadian distributors for direct shipment. Flammable material cannot be shipped across the U.S./Canadian border due to Canadian regulations.
Freight Policy
Please check your incoming orders carefully at the time of arrival for shortage and/or damage. You must note any damage or shortage on the delivering carrier’s delivery receipt. If necessary, contact our office. We will be happy to assist you if you have a problem.
If you refuse delivery, or cancel an order after it has been shipped, you are still subject to all shipping and return charges.
Please check your shipment as soon after arrival as possible for the correct items and quantity. Claims for errors must be made to us within 10 days of receipt of order. Return Policy
Our goal is customer satisfaction. If you need to return or exchange merchandise, please contact us within 30 days of purchase date for a return authorization. No merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales invoice, AND must be sent prepaid in saleable condition in original packaging. Material returned after 15 days incurs a 15% restocking charge, except for orders that we incorrectly filled. No returns of opened containers will be accepted.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your credit.

Terms and Condition
Payment is due prior to shipment. American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards are accepted. C.O.D. shipments are not available for internet orders.
